1/2 stick pack LMNT Chocolate Caramel
2/3 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup unsalted butter
3 tbsp allulose
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Melt the butter & allulose together in a large saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally until it turns golden brown.
Stir in the cream & LMNT Chocolate Caramel.
Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 7-10 mins.
Remove from heat when the mixture is dark caramel.
Optional: Whisk in vanilla extract
