3 stick packs LMNT Chocolate Mint*
2 tbsp cacao butter
16 oz drizzly almond OR cashew butter
1/2 cup vanilla collagen peptides
1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
10 oz dark chocolate
maldon sea salt
Melt cacao butter with almond butter and 1 LMNT stick pack.
Stir in collagen and protein powder until mixture thickens.
Scoop in small balls and freeze for 30 mins.
Melt the dark chocolate and stir in 2 LMNT stick packs.
Dip each energy bite into melted chocolate to coat.
Freeze until ready to serve.
Garnish with maldon sea salt.
