1 stick pack LMNT Raw Unflavored
Strong black coffee
25–30 g protein from a low carb whey protein powder
5–15 g MCT powder
3–5 g creatine
Blend all of the above until smooth.
Consume 20–30 minutes before training.
Note: If you’re new to MCT, start at 5 grams to avoid stomach upset. Those who weigh less should use less creatine.
